All STREETSEATS™ include installation, maintenance, pick-up, and storage throughout the winter off-season.

How STREETSEATS™ works…

Getting started with STREETSEATS™ begins with a free consultation and site evaluation to discuss your needs and understand the requirements of the space.

STREETSEATS™ designers will work with you to design and build your perfect dream for outdoor dining - just as you imagine it.

If you need us to, we’ll come and pick up your existing structure to make room for your new STREETSEATS™.
Our core mission is to make a net positive impact on the planet. If possible, we will recycle components of your existing dining shed for re-use in other projects, and may be able to incorporate some of the elements in your new STREETSEATS™ that your diners will recognize.

We’ll deliver and install your new STREETSEATS™ and get you up and running fast.

We’ll keep in touch throughout the season to make sure you and your diners are happy.
If your STREETSEATS™ get damaged, we’ll come back and take care of things.

The NYC DOT requires that all outdoor dining sheds be taken off the street at by November.
We’ll come back to uninstall STREETSEATS™ at the end of the season and store it through the winter.

During the off-season storage downtime, we’ll clean up and refurbish STREETSEATS™ to look like new again.
We’ll also work with you to add any upgrades that you’d like to offer your diners for the next season.

In addition to our ready-designed STREETSEATS™ packages, we also provide limitless potential in the design and fabrication of custom outdoor dining systems that are truly unique, and one-of-a-kind, made just for you.
All frames, doors, windows and decorative wall panels are fully customizable based on brand & application. All doors, windows, screens or decorative panels will be fitted into a standardized and stocked size aluminum frame that quickly and easily bolts into any position between the primary frames. Finishes can range for highly detailed and ornate to industrial and utilitarian.
All of our STREETSEATS™ come equipped with our STREETSAFE™ seal of approval.
