How does this all work?

We work with you to customize your STREETSEATS™ to match the “look & feel” of your unique brand so your outdoor dining space feels like a true extension of the experience you serve in your main space. Need help building a stronger identity? We also have a team of designers to help you make a statement— inside, and out.

We will install, take down, store, do seasonal maintenance on, and provide emergency response services throughout the year to respond to the unexpected (vehicle collisions, public works orders, etc.)

We bundle everything together into a full service package that we call the:

STREETSEATS™ DiningOut NYC Program Management Plan.

  • We start by meeting with you to design and customize STREETSEATS™ to meet your specific needs, brand aesthetics, and prepare paperwork for filing with the NYC DOT.

  • Then, we build your STREETSEATS™ and transport it to the restaurant for installation for the Outdoor Dining season on April 1.

    Over the course of the season, we’ll check in with you to ensure the quality of your STREETSEATS™ and provide any necessary service to keep you looking good.

  • At the end of the Outdoor Dining season in November, we’ll return to pack up and store your STREETSEATS™ for the winter and make any necessary repairs and upgrades before returning for the next season.

  • STREETSEATS™ is designed and engineered to endure the real conditions of the city life and come back every spring, season after season.
